This tune is for USA N57 2013-2015 F10 BMW 535D 535Dx, F02 740LdX, F15 X5 35D. We can also do newer diesel models 2016-2018 X5/535D/740D now as well, remotely!
We have 2 stage options to choose from for the USA N57 vehicles:
Stage 1 Tune - +65WHP peak +85WTQ peak
Stage 2+ Tune - +100WHP peak +145WTQ peak
Sport Display Option - We adjust the values for the sport display gauges shown on your navigation screen, so that they can show more HP/TQ, as the factory gauges usually get maxed out after a tune.
Launch Control Option - 2500RPM launch limiter, automatically disabled once the vehicle is moving over 2mph. Makes it easier and more consistent to launch your vehicle from a stop.
Crank HP/TQ Numbers based on our dyno results:
- Stock ECU: 255hp 450tq
- Stage 1 tune: 330hp 550tq
- Stage 2 tune: 380hp 635tq
- Stage 3 tune: 430hp 700tq (coming soon - requires hybrid turbocharger upgrade and intercooler)
Any of our Stage 1/Stage 2 tunes, help with throttle response, more power/torque, and improve MPG of your vehicle. It's literally one of the best mods that you can do to your diesel BMW.
We have 2 methods of having this tune installed (Flash Type Selection).
Method 1 - BENCH (Recommended): Remove the DDE/ECU and mail it in. We will create a full back up image of your ECU without opening the lid or any physical damage to the ECU at all. We then upload our tune of your choice and mail the DDE/ECU back. This is the safest way, as we can have a full back up of the entire ecu content.
Method 2 - REMOTE FLASH: We have an available option of flashing your ECU/DDE remotely through the OBD2 port of you vehicle without removal of the ECU/DDE. We mail out a OBD2 flash cable to you that you will keep. It will allow us to do any future updates or follow up flashes at later times as well. Windows 8 or newer laptop is required, as well as an available Ethernet port. In some rare cases, remote flashing doesn't work, we would have to go to bench flashing method.
